"GRIT & GRACE": The girl God placed in you is still there. This is where you begin finding her again.

Identity Restoration
Come Back to the Woman You Were Before the World Told You Who to Be
Before the pressure. Before the comparison. Before the quiet dimming of your light—there was a version of you full of clarity, purpose, and radiance. Grit & Grace will help you find her again—and bring her home.

About The Book
Grit & Grace: Restoring the Feminine Soul
If you feel weary, unseen, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way . . .
Grit & Grace is a gentle invitation to come home again.
In a world that asks you to perform, strive, and hold everything together,
you may quietly carry heartbreak, disappointment, and the ache of disconnection . . .
from yourself, from others, and even from God.
Whether you are healing from a broken relationship, navigating a life transition,
or simply longing to feel like yourself again, you are not alone.
Through a gentle, Scripture-rooted approach to soul care,
Melody walks with you through the sacred process of restoration . . .
not by rushing you forward, but by meeting you right where you are.
This is not a call to try harder.
It is an invitation to exhale . . .
to lay it all down . . .
and to finally let yourself be held.

Book Club
The Grit & Grace Book Club is a paid and guided experience with Melody for women who want more than discussion . . . a space for deeper reflection, soul care, and intentional growth. If you want a more supported journey through Grit & Grace, this is for you.
Speaking
Melody speaks with warmth, depth, and honesty about healing, identity, faith, and restoration. Whether for women’s events, retreats, or church gatherings, her message creates space for you to exhale, feel seen, and return to what is true. Bring this message to your women.
Coaching
You do not have to sort through everything alone. Individual coaching offers a safe, faith-centered space to process what feels heavy, regain clarity, and move forward with peace and confidence. Your story matters here, and it will be met with tenderness, honor, and care.

Meet Melody
Melody Lovvorn is a writer, teacher, and trauma-informed relationship coach whose work has been devoted to one thing: helping women return to wholeness. For nearly twenty years, she has walked closely with women and families through grief, betrayal, trauma, and rebuilding—creating safe, relational space where healing can begin gently, honestly, and in the presence of God.
Rooted in Scripture and spiritual formation, Melody’s work invites women away from striving and back to rest, remembering, and restoration. She is the author of Grit & Grace: Restoring the Feminine Soul and its companion Bible study, and has created devotionals, courses, and small-group resources for churches and ministries. Her voice has also been featured through writing, podcasting, on-camera curriculum, and contribution to The Heart of Man documentary.
Melody lives in Birmingham, Alabama, and treasures life with her four grown children, their spouses, and her new grandbaby. She loves the outdoors, meaningful connection, and the kind of quiet where the soul can finally breathe.

Grit & Grace Women's Bible Study

The Grit & Grace Bible Study creates space to exhale, be held, and return to the woman you were created to be.
Client Love
Here are a few testimonials from my clients.

Melody was curious, asked great questions and provided me with tremendous insight that unleashed dreams and desires that had been completely locked away for decades. I feel more confident as a person and as a leader to step into the best version of myself.
Melody was extremely creative in helping me define my values as well as develop a strategic path that has increased my productivity at work and in my relationships.
Melody entered our coaching program without her personal agenda. I felt seen and heard as to what my goals were. She broke these down into bite size pieces to move the needle forward every day.
